By accessing or using Maximum Effort LK’s website, SaaS products (including BeePatch, HealthSync, UrbanFlow, and future offerings), or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

• Custom software development for client projects.
• Subscription-based SaaS products for customer engagement, healthcare, urban management, and other domains.

All services are provided 'as is,' and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our services.
• Not misuse our platform (e.g., spam, hacking, or violating others’ rights).
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
• Secure your account credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our products, software, logos, and content ('IP') belong to Maximum Effort LK or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our IP solely as permitted by your subscription or project agreement. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our technology.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits or data).
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
